I started my journey from Calicut early morning on 5th and reached Cochin airport by 11 AM. The Indigo flight departed at 12:40 and landed in Hyderabad on time. As the guys at Indigo say, On time is a wonderful thing. From there, Jet Airways flight to Rajahmundry. I was welcomed by Dr. Srinivas and we drove off to Kakinada, 65 km away. On the way, we spoke a lot about the college, Pithapur Rajah's Govt. College. I was put up at Coconada Cosmopolitan club. The Principal, Lt. Dr. M Satyanarayana came to the room and we were formally introduced. After dinner, I did a last minute preparation of my PPTs.

Th inauguration was a grand affair with Keynote address by Prof. V S S Kumar, Vice Chancellor JNTU, Kakinada. My sessions went on well, by Gods grace. I could understand it was well appreciated because on the second day too, the hall was full. The best part was when I was given a shawl and a huge garland. A citation was read out and a beautiful plaque was given as memento. Thanks once again for a wonderful workshop. It was indeed a unique opportunity to meet such a galaxy of important people.

P.S - Also had a taste of the Kakinada Kaja, Madatha Kaja (Tapeswaram Kaja) and Athreyapuram Potharekulu. For breakfast, I had Pesarattu with curry leaf powder (Karuvepu podi) and Red gram powder (Kanthi podi)
